Jeffrey Moore is a surgical nurse at Parkview Medical Center in Pueblo, Colorado. A 1991 graduate of the United States Air Force Academy, Jeff spent 24 years as an Air Force officer serving as a fighter pilot, instructor pilot, flight safety officer, crash investigator, and senior personnel program director. He has extensive training in quality assurance, occupational safety, personnel management, and compliance monitoring as well as a diverse educational background in aviation, history, and medicine. Jeff was a member of the Gibson Institute research team from 2016-2018 as an intervention coordinator and later joined the scientific advisory board in 2019.
